OnePercentersHub.com has contributed to successful business development for some distributors; however, OnePercentersHub.com cannot guarantee that by using OnePercentersHub.com’s training and marketing system, you will achieve success. Your success will depend on many factors such as: how you follow the OnePercentersHub.com methods and procedures which you use, your management skill and experience, your business judgment, economic conditions, the market, and competition in the area in which you have chosen to do business.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAREFULLY
1. I understand that OnePercentersHub.com has developed OnePercentersHub.com as a marketing and training system that is designed to assist me in developing my distribution business.
2. I understand that OnePercentersHub.com is not sponsored by, approved by or affiliated with Herbalife International, Inc. or the operator of any other multi-level marketing plan (collectively, a “Supplier”).
3. I understand that OnePercentersHub.com operates independently of any Supplier and that I am not required to purchase any sales aids, marketing materials or services, from OnePercentersHub.com in order to become, remain or advance as an independent distributor of a Supplier.
4. I agree to abide by all of OnePercentersHub.com’s rules and regulations.
5. I agree to conduct my business with integrity and with the highest standards of ethics. This includes, but is not limited to, exercising “Netiquette” and refraining from sending mass, unsolicited e-mail, or SPAM to others.
6. I am committed to the other team members of OnePercentersHub.com and promise to be honest, ethical and to do everything possible to protect the team and OnePercentersHub.com.
7. I agree not to conduct or sponsor any form of training event regarding OnePercentersHub.com without the specific prior written authorization and approval from OnePercentersHub.com.
8. I understand that the income level and success of each distributor who uses OnePercentersHub.com is determined by many factors, including how I follow OnePercentersHub.com methods and procedures which I use, my management skill and experience, my business judgment, economic conditions, the market, and competition in the area in which I have chosen to do business. I further acknowledge that MyActionCamp.com has made no guarantee of any level of earnings or degree of success I may achieve in becoming or operating as an independent distributor of any Supplier.
9. I understand that OnePercentersHub.com reserves the right to change its policies, rules or any aspect without notice, as OnePercentersHub.com deems necessary.
10. I understand that I am prohibited from duplicating, copying, or reproducing any of OnePercentersHub.com, including, without limitation, training material and website content, in any manner whatsoever, provided that I may copy, for my own personal use only.
11. I understand that if, in the opinion of OnePercentersHub.com, I misuse or misrepresent OnePercentersHub.com in any way or manner, I may lose my privileges to use any or all of OnePercentersHub.com.
12. I agree that any form of media (radio and/or television) advertising I propose to use in my business as an independent distributor must be pre-approved in writing by OnePercentersHub.com, and I must comply with all of my Supplier’s advertising policies and regulations, including those regarding earnings claims and disclosures.
13. I understand that I am responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, registrations, and authorizations under applicable federal, provincial, state or municipal laws and for complying with all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws and any applicable Supplier rules in conducting business as an independent distributor. OnePercentersHub.com has not made any investigation into the applicable laws regulating advertising in my jurisdiction, nor does OnePercentersHub.com make any representations or warranties that the OnePercentersHub.com complies with relevant law in my jurisdiction. It is my responsibility to determine whether the use of any part of OnePercentersHub.com within my jurisdiction complies with all relevant laws.
14. It is both OnePercentersHub.com's and Herbalife's strict policy that no distributor is allowed to directly work with nor coach any other distributor that is not in their direct downline without the express consent of both distributors' upline President's Team Members.
15. It is strictly prohibited within the OnePercentersHub.com organization to pass email to your direct downline or other OnePercentersHub.com members that is not directly related to the Herbalife business.
16. I recognize that any business opportunity involves risk and that OnePercentersHub.com does not guarantee that using OnePercentersHub.com will ensure my success. I acknowledge that I have conducted an independent investigation of the business opportunity of being an independent distributor for a multi-level marketing plan Supplier and that I have not received from OnePercentersHub.com, any warranty, representation, undertaking, assurance or guarantee, express or implied or collateral, written or oral, as to the potential volume, profits or success of the Business Opportunity.
I have carefully read, understood and agree to the terms set forth above.
6. Last but not least, can we please set up approval so that when someone registers, they receive a message saying they need to wait 24 hours for approval to access the website? The idea is that anyone can register, but only certain people who belong to our team will be approved.
